1Cr18Ni9Ti钢是最常用的耐腐蚀材料之一。本文介绍这种钢材经固溶处理后,在硫化物环境中具有良好的耐均匀腐蚀能力和耐应力腐蚀开裂性能。但经冷加工或焊接后,它的抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)性能明显变坏。焊接后,焊缝及其相邻区域的碳化铬析出,使其周围的贫铬区内出现马氏体。冷加工后,钢内则出现形变马氏体。马氏体对SSCC敏感,一旦存在马氏体,即使钢的硬度值不大于HRC22,马氏体对SSCC仍然敏感。
1Cr18Ni9Ti steel is one of the most commonly used corrosion-resistant materials. This article describes the steel after solution treatment, the sulfide environment has a good resistance to uniform corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance. However, its resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) deteriorates significantly after cold working or welding. After welding, the weld and its adjacent areas of chromium carbide precipitation, so that the surrounding areas of chromium in the martensite. After cold working, deformed martensite appears in the steel. Martensite is sensitive to SSCC. Once martensite is present, martensite is still sensitive to SSCC even though the hardness of the steel is not greater than HRC22.
