目的为验证本公司生产的三聚氰胺ELISA检测试剂盒的检测效果。方法用酶联免疫法对牛奶、奶粉、鸡肉和鸡蛋等4种样品中三聚氰胺的残留量进行检测,并与高效液相色谱法进行对照。结果结果表明:该试剂盒对4种样品的最低检测限分别为19.22、46.86、51.64、21.38μg/kg,试剂盒板内板间变异系数均小于10%;对4种样品做加标回收试验,其回收率均在95%~120%之间,变异系数均小于10%;该方法与高效液相色谱法检测实际样品的阴、阳性判断结果一致。结论该方法稳定、可靠,可满足食品中三聚氰胺残留快速检测的需要。
The purpose is to verify the detection results of the company’s melamine ELISA test kit. Methods Residual levels of melamine in milk, milk powder, chicken and eggs were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared with that of high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the lowest detection limit of the kit for the four samples were 19.22,46.86,51.64,21.38μg / kg, the coefficient of variation between the plates was less than 10%; spike recovery test of four samples , The recoveries of which ranged from 95% to 120%, and the coefficients of variation were all less than 10%. This method was in good agreement with the positive and negative results of real-time liquid chromatography. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable, which can meet the needs of rapid detection of melamine residues in food.
