2011年8月,我有幸请到一枚《千手观音》美石。石长4.6厘米,宽4.4厘米,厚约1厘米,扁扁薄薄,无疤无瑕,是典型的纹美雨花玛瑙石。石中黄、白、浅灰三色搭配,看似简单,但却呈现出千手观音的动人形象。乍看仿佛释加牟尼佛赏赐妙善公主千手千眼的瞬间,然而这动人的画面,几百万年前就定格在石中,怎不令人叹为观止?佛教有一说:虔诚地供奉千手观音,有息灾、增益、敬爱、降伏四大好处。我请回这尊千手观音后,每天供奉于几案,天天擦洗换水,祈求她给我带来好运。
August 2011, I was fortunate enough to go to a “Avalokitesvara” beauty stone.
