唇裂修复术是口腔颌面外科的常见手术 ,患儿年龄偏小 ,医院感染率高。我们对我院口腔科 14 5例唇裂患儿医院感染情况进行调查分析 ,以探讨唇裂患儿医院感染的原因及预防措施。一、对象和方法1.调查对象 :1998年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月在我院住院行唇裂修复术的患儿。2 .诊断标准
