随着飞机性能的不断提高,飞机制造协调准确度的要求也越来越严格,国外先进的航空制造企业得益于厂所合一的生产方式,在产品设计阶段考虑生产过程,来合理定义飞机零部件尺寸公差要求,保证飞机的装配品质和产品质量。对飞机零部件基准选择方法介绍和研究,并应用到某机型飞机外翼翼盒典型零部件基准选择中去,从功能要求出发制定基准,说明了飞机零部件基准传递偏差方式和基准一致性原则。主要思想和技术要点是要从产品的功能要求出发,考虑生产过程来制定零部件设计基准,保证产品在生产过程中基准的统一,从而保证尺寸的设计满足生产的功能性要求。提出的方法可以应用到飞机零部件的尺寸设计中,通过合理的制定基准来提高飞机的装配品质,在一定程度上降低生产成本和提高生产效率。
With the continuous improvement of aircraft performance, the requirements for the coordination of aircraft manufacturing have become more and more stringent. The advanced aviation manufacturing enterprises in the world benefit from the unity of factory production mode, and consider the production process in the product design stage to reasonably define the aircraft Parts size tolerance requirements, to ensure that the aircraft’s assembly quality and product quality. This paper introduces and researches on the method of reference selection of aircraft parts and applies it to the selection of typical parts of the outer wing box of a certain type of aircraft. The benchmark is set out from the functional requirements. The principle of reference deviation of aircraft parts and the principle of reference consistency . The main ideas and technical points are to start from the functional requirements of the product, to consider the production process to develop parts design basis to ensure that the product in the production process benchmarking to ensure that the size of the design to meet the functional requirements of production. The proposed method can be applied to the dimension design of aircraft parts and components to improve the assembly quality of the aircraft by reasonably setting the benchmark, to a certain extent reduce the production cost and increase the production efficiency.
