1994年是中国检察工作全面发展、取得很大成绩的一年。全国各级人民检察院和军事、铁路运输等专门检察院,紧紧围绕党和国家工作的大局,坚持“严格执法、狠抓办案”的工作方针,认真履行法律监督职能,为维护法律的统一正确实施,保持社会稳定,促进党风和廉政建设及社会主义民主法制建设,保障改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的顺利进行,做出了积极的贡献。与检察工作全面发展的形势相适应,充分地体现了检察文献研究既依赖于检察工作,又能动地指导和推动检察工作这一特点。
