综合集成桅杆采用复合材料层合板制造,在风载下的动力性能相比传统桅杆有很大改变.通过水池拖曳实验模拟桅杆受风载时的动力特性,测试压力和加速度等动态响应,分析复合材料层合板的力学特性,并与数值计算结果进行对比分析.结果表明:综合集成桅杆在迎风时的动力响应最大;桅杆复合材料层合板的实验值和计算值吻合良好,其应力值和位移值随载荷的增加呈线性变化,桅杆在流体中运动时不会发生共振.
The composite integrated mast made of composite laminates has a great change in dynamic performance under wind load compared with the traditional mast.Through the pool towing experiment, the dynamic characteristics of the mast subjected to wind load, the dynamic responses such as test pressure and acceleration are analyzed, The results show that the composite mast has the largest dynamic response in upwind wind and the experimental and calculated values of mast composite laminates agree well with the stress and displacement values As the load increases linearly, the mast will not resonate when it moves in the fluid.
