我院收治51例原发性血小板减少性紫癜,其中男31例、女20例,急性型45例、慢性型6例,发病年龄3个月～12岁,其中<3岁30例,占58.8％。呼吸道感染41例,消化道感染2例。临床表现皮肤出血51例,口腔、眼结合膜出血20例,鼻衄16例,便血2例,呕血1例,颅内出血1例。骨髓穿刺全部增生活跃或明显活跃。巨核细胞升高43例,正常8例。出血时间>3分钟44例,>5分钟17例,其中1例10分钟出血不止。45例做束管试验,阳性39例,阴性6例。血块退缩试验38例,收缩不良28例,正常10例。血红蛋白测定:<60g/L 4例,～90g/L 5例,～12g/
Our hospital admitted 51 cases of primary thrombocytopenic purpura, including 31 males and 20 females, 45 cases of acute type, 6 cases of chronic type, the age of onset of 3 months to 12 years, of which <3 years old, 30 cases, accounting for 58.8 %. 41 cases of respiratory tract infection, 2 cases of gastrointestinal infections.
