流感病毒NS1蛋白在调控宿主免疫反应和促进病毒复制过程中发挥了重要作用.形成同源二聚体或寡聚体对于NS1蛋白有效发挥生物学功能是必要的.本研究发现流感病毒株A/Shantou/602/06(H3N2)的NS1蛋白(NS32)能够与流感病毒株A/Shantou/169/06(H1N1),A/Chicken/Guangdong/1/05(H5N1)以及A/Quail/Hong Kong/G1/97(H9N2)的NS1蛋白(NS11,NS51和NS92)相互作用,尽管NS32与NS11,NS51和NS92之间存在17.4%~20.9%的氨基酸序列差异.这表明,A型流感病毒不同亚型/毒株NS1蛋白之间的异源性相互作用可能是流感病毒共感染过程中的一个常见事件.
