1 前言镍磷非晶合金已广泛应用于航天航空、石油化工、机械和纺织等行业,并正朝着功能化方向发展。关于 Ni-P 非晶合金晶化研究报导很多,但一般只简单认为它的晶化产物是 Ni 与 Ni_3P 两相混合物。本文参考差热分析曲线,将样品加热到最高晶化温度以下的不同温度后快冷,用 X 射线衍射分析方法研究各温度下的晶化产物,并对相应温度处理的样品进行硬度测试,研究晶化对硬度的影响。
1 Introduction Nickel phosphorus amorphous alloy has been widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, machinery and textile industries, and is moving in the direction of functional development. There are many reports on the crystallization of Ni-P amorphous alloy, but generally it is simply considered that its crystallization product is a two-phase mixture of Ni and Ni_3P. In this paper, the differential thermal analysis curve is used to heat up the sample to different temperatures below the maximum crystallization temperature and quickly cooled. The crystallization products at various temperatures are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis, and the hardness of the samples processed at the corresponding temperature is studied.
