随着军事技术的飞速发展,战斗机的机动性能不断提高,现代高性能战斗机(如F-15、F-16、CY-27、幻影2000等)所产生的高持续+Gz加速度的特点:快增长率(6 G/s)、G值高(+9 Gz)、作用时间长(45 s),并可反复出现。已超过了人的生理极限,且目前抗荷措施不能满足防护需要,飞行中的加速度是威胁飞行安全的主要因素。本文就高正加速度对消化系统影响的研究进展作一综述。
