一、前言为了提高冲天炉熔炼技术水平,世界各国对冲天炉熔炼过程检测和控制的研究都比较重视。随着计算机的出现,又对冲天炉熔化过程主要参数的检测、数据处理、优化控制进行了新的尝试。目前在日本、美国、西德等国家已经有些冲天炉用计算机对熔炼过程进行检测、调节、自动控制。国内在这方面的研究起步稍晚,目前有机械部第六设计研究院研制的风量定值控制仪;济南铸锻机械研究所和无锡机床厂共同研究的将单板机用于冲天炉熔化过程的优化控制等。
