In order to understand the situation of middle school students in grasping the knowledge of nutrition and hygiene in order to carry out targeted health education, we conducted a survey on the level of knowledge of nutritional hygiene among urban and rural middle school students in Jining City in 1990. 1 Subjects and Methods A total of 8 representative urban and rural schools were selected, and 1580 senior high school classes and 30 classes were selected for questionnaire survey.
