本文分析我国林业碳汇成本的影响因素,并基于土地利用的机会成本,构建林业碳汇成本模型,对浙江省苍南县桉树碳汇造林项目进行实证分析,动态分析轮伐期、木材价格、贴现率和劳动力价格等因素对碳汇成本的影响,结果表明:随着轮伐期的增加,桉树碳汇成本先下降再上升,在第8年最佳轮伐期时达到最低,最低碳汇成本为-20.10元/吨,若不考虑木材收益,其碳汇成本则为367.83元/吨;此外,碳汇成本与木材价格间呈负相关关系,与贴现率和劳动力价格呈正相关关系。最后文中提出了降低碳汇成本的相应政策建议。
This paper analyzes the factors that affect the cost of forestry carbon sequestration in China and constructs the cost model of forestry carbon sequestration based on the opportunity cost of land use. The eucalyptus carbon sequestration afforestation project in Cangnan County of Zhejiang Province is empirically analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of the rotation period, the cost of carbon sink of eucalyptus firstly decreased and then increased, reached the lowest value at the optimal rotation period of the eighth year, the lowest carbon sink cost -20.10 yuan / ton, regardless of timber revenue, the cost of carbon sink is 367.83 yuan / ton; In addition, the cost of carbon sinks and wood prices was a negative correlation between the discount rate and the price of labor was positively correlated. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to reduce the cost of carbon sinks.
