课程评价对课程的实施起着重要的导向和质量监控的作用。在传统的教学模式中,评价被等同于考试,关注的是学生的学习结果,不利于提高学生的学习兴趣和学习英语的积极性。新英语课程标准倡导采用形成性评价和终结性评价相结合的方式对学生进行评价,使学生在英语课程的学习过程中不断体验进步与成功,认识自我,建立自信,促使学生提高综合运用英语的能力。
Course evaluation plays an important guiding and quality control role in the implementation of the course. In the traditional teaching model, the evaluation is equivalent to the examination, the concern is the result of the students ’learning, which is not conducive to improving the students’ interest in learning and the enthusiasm of learning English. New English curriculum standards advocate the use of a combination of formative assessment and final assessment of the way students evaluate, so that students in English learning process of continuous improvement and success, self-awareness, self-confidence, and encourage students to improve the comprehensive use of English ability.
