为解决工业铝型材中由于拉伸性能不足造成的产品合格率偏低的问题,提出将统计过程控制(SPC)应用在其生产过程中.通过鱼骨图和5why分析法相结合的方式,对影响拉伸性能的各种因素进行了深入分析并利用控制图对其控制,采用PDCA循环方式对失控的生产过程进行持续改善.结果表明:SPC在工业铝型材拉伸性能质量控制中的应用基本消除了过程的异常波动、减少了正常波动范围、提升了过程能力,保证了工业铝型材的拉伸性能,提高了产品合格率.
