肺泡麻醉剂分压上升速率儿童比成人快,是否可以部分地用挥发性麻醉剂在血中的溶解度随年龄而增加来解释?本文报道了这方面的实验结果。受试者分为4组:刚分娩的足月新生儿10人,3~7岁儿童11人;20~40岁成人11人;75~85岁老人10人。每人抽血15ml(新生儿从脐静脉,其余从静脉或动脉)。7ml用依地酸抗凝以备查血/气分布系数(BGPC)。8ml取血清查白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酸酯和胆固醇浓度。用0.6%异氟醚、0.6%安氟醚、0.6%氟烷和0.05%甲氧氟烷混合气体与抗凝血处理后,同时测这4种麻醉剂的BGPC。
