目的:研究CT引导下锥颅微创穿刺抽吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效。方法:对23例急性重症脑出血患者,通过CT引导下进行微创脑内血肿穿刺抽吸引流术分别于入院时、术后4周按统一标准进行神经功能缺损评分。结果:对23例高血压性脑出血病人实施微创术后,18例存活,按ADL分级:I级5例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级7例,Ⅳ级2例,5例死亡。结论:采用CT引导微创穿刺抽吸术是治疗高血压性脑出血的新途径,是一项比较安全、操作简便、更适用于基层医院的较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective: To study the curative effect of craniofacial cranial microinvasive aspiration-drainage on the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage under CT guidance. Methods: Twenty-three patients with acute severe intracerebral hemorrhage underwent CT-guided minimally invasive intracerebral hematoma aspiration and drainage on neurological deficit score at admission and 4 weeks after surgery. Results: Twenty-three patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage survived minimally invasive surgery. According to ADL classification, there were 5 cases of grade I, 4 cases of grade II, 7 cases of grade III, 2 cases of grade IV and 5 died. Conclusion: CT-guided minimally invasive aspiration is a new way to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. It is a relatively safe and easy-to-use method that is more suitable for primary hospital.
