现有对高职学生自信问题的研究主要包括高职学生自信发展特点以及与本科生的差异比较,但对其影响因素的研究较少。本文采用质性研究的方法,通过对南京N职业技术学院的25名学生进行深入的访谈,发现高职学生自信影响因素包括认知层面、环境层面和行为层面。职业教育呈现新常态的背景下,现实中高职学生的不自信状况应当引起关注,政府和教育主管部门、高职院校、高职教育从业者和研究者、学生和家长必须共同作为。
The existing researches on self-confidence of higher vocational students mainly include the characteristics of self-confidence of higher vocational students and their differences compared with undergraduates, but there are few researches on its influencing factors. This article adopts the method of qualitative research. Through in-depth interviews with 25 students in Nanjing N Polytechnic, it finds that the influencing factors of higher vocational students’ self-confidence include cognition, environmental and behavioral aspects. Against the backdrop of the new normal in vocational education, the reality of the self-confidence of higher vocational students deserves our attention. The government and education authorities, vocational colleges, vocational education practitioners and researchers, students and parents must work together.
