医院财产中,固定资产组成比重较大。伴随着我国医疗体制改革的加深以及经济迅速发展,在医院总资产中,固定资产的比重有增加的趋势。管理好固定资产,提升其使用成效,是摆在医院管理者面前的重要内容。本文主要论述固定资产专业设备管理中存在的问题和潜在的风险,提出解决的措施和建设性的建议。
Hospital assets, a larger proportion of fixed assets. With the deepening of China’s medical system reform and the rapid economic development, the proportion of fixed assets in the total assets of the hospital tends to increase. Management of fixed assets, improve the effectiveness of its use, is placed in front of hospital managers an important part. This article mainly discusses the existing problems and potential risks in the management of fixed asset professional equipment, puts forward the solutions and constructive suggestions.
