砂轮精加工时,容易出现两端面不平行和外圆与内孔轴线偏移。本文试对砂轮两端面平行度和同轴度对静不平衡的影响作出计算并加以分析。我们假设砂轮的组织是完全均匀的,也就是说砂轮的密度ρ各向均匀。砂轮的静不平衡值的大小只和它的形状有关。另外,砂轮两端面平行度和同轴度对静不平衡的影响是独立的。但我们只研究它们对静不平衡的最大影响,所以我们假设由这两个因素引起的静不平衡集中在一个方向上。
Wheel finishing, prone to non-parallel between the two ends and the outer cylinder bore axis offset. This paper tries to calculate and analyze the influence of the parallelism and concentricity of the grinding wheel on the static unbalance. We assume that the organization of the grinding wheel is completely uniform, that is to say the density of the grinding wheel ρ is uniform in all directions. The size of the wheel’s static unbalance value is only related to its shape. In addition, the parallelism and concentricity of the two ends of the grinding wheel have independent influence on the static unbalance. But we study only their maximum impact on the static imbalance, so we assume that the static imbalance caused by these two factors is concentrated in one direction.
