本文以施工项目成本“多维”控制理论为基础,充分利用网络资源,检索国内外最新研究动态,比较和借鉴国内外优秀论文以及合理观点。研究过程中收集了大量的工程实践数据,结合典型工程实践与经验,多层次、多角度地进行了研究,并提出了“要素维”、“阶段维”、“过程维”、“环境维”等施工项目成本系统控制理论,在施工项目管理中具有一定应用价值。
