目的 探讨多原发癌的发病规律有助于提高临床诊治水平。方法 复阅51例多原发癌的临床资料,从发病率、年龄、间隔时间、累及脏器及与性别的关系加以统计分析。结果 12782例恶性肿瘤患者中发现多原发癌51例(占0.4%),均为双重癌,男性18例,女性33例,男:女为1:1.9。再发癌年龄39~78岁。50岁以上者35例(64.9%)。间隔6个月以内者17例,6个月~5年者30例。5年以上者4例。33例女性多原发癌中,18例为双乳腺癌,女性生殖器系不同脏器间组合5例;18例男性多原发癌中,消化、呼吸本系统内不同脏器或二个系统脏器组合总例数为17例。结论 多原发癌多发生50岁以上。呼吸系与消化系多原发癌以男性居多,而内分泌、生殖系多原发癌以女性居多。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of multiple primary cancers to help improve clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of 51 patients with multiple primary cancers were reviewed. Statistical analysis was made on the incidence, age, interval, organ involvement, and gender. Results Of the 12782 malignant tumors, 51 were found to be multi-primary cancers (0.4%). All of them were double cancers. There were 18 males and 33 females. The male and female ratio was 1:1.9. The age of cancer is 39 to 78 years old. There were 35 cases (64.9%) who were over the age of 50. There were 17 cases within 6 months and 30 cases between 6 months and 5 years. 5 years or more in 4 cases. In 33 cases of multiple primary cancers in women, 18 cases were double breast cancers, and 5 cases were between different organs in the female genital system. In 18 cases of multiple primary cancers in men, different organs or systems in the system were digested and respired. The total number of instrument combinations is 17 cases. Conclusions Multiple primary cancers are more than 50 years old. The majority of primary cancers of the respiratory system and the digestive system are men, while the majority of primary cancers of the endocrine and reproductive system are women.
