每个企业都有自已的独特的工作特点,那么作为企业报的副刊就应该紧紧抓住这个特点做文章,在办副刊的过程中,常常会遇到这样的一些问题。就是一些作者的文章写得很虚,没有什么现实意义。像这一类的文章,读者面是比较窄的。因为企业报的传播对象是本企业的职工,所以,只有那些与他们的生活相关,与他们的心理特点相接近的文章,才有可能引起他们的阅读兴趣和共鸣。我们报社的做法是:经常开导文学爱好者,让他们多注意自己周围火热的工厂生活,在现实生活中寻找素材,同时也让作者明白,不同报纸有不同的读者群,如果文章不是针对报纸特定的读者群而作,那么就很难拥有读者,报纸本身也就没有鲜明的特点了。在此基础上我们在报纸上经常有重点地编发一些反映工厂生活的小小说,散文之类的文章。
