目的探讨骨髓间充质干细胞静脉输注对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法实验组和对照组大鼠尾静脉分别注射骨髓间充质干细胞和生理盐水3次,观察大鼠一般情况,第10天处死,流式细胞仪检测CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群,ELISA法检测血清IL-10、IL-2、TNF-α含量。结果两组大鼠一般情况无统计学差异;实验组大鼠血清CD4+计数降低,CD8+计数升高,CD4+/CD8+比值下降,与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组大鼠血清IL-10升高,IL-2降低,与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组TNF-α无统计学差异。结论骨髓间充质干细胞静脉输注能负性调节大鼠免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous infusion of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on immune function in rats. Methods The tail vein of experimental group and control group were injected with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and normal saline three times respectively. The general condition of the rats was observed and killed on the 10th day. The subsets of CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry and ELISA Method of detection of serum IL-10, IL-2, TNF-α content. Results The serum levels of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The experimental group was significantly larger than the control group Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in TNF-α. Conclusion Intravenous infusion of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can negatively regulate the immune function in rats.
