针对传统热连轧监控AGC不能解决各个机架之间厚度偏差量的分配和保持各机架间负荷平衡的问题,提出一种基于速度和机架间带钢厚度的样本跟踪方式,同时兼顾各机架间负荷平衡,以此为基础对监控AGC控制方式进行优化。现场应用效果表明,优化后的热连轧监控AGC控制方式可以在不影响调节速度的前提下有效平衡各机架负荷,取得良好的控制效果,适用于推广。
In view of the fact that traditional hot tandem rolling monitoring (AGC) can not solve the problem of the distribution of the thickness deviation between the racks and the load balance among the racks, a sample tracking method based on the speed and the strip thickness between the racks is proposed, Load balancing between racks, based on which to optimize the monitoring AGC control.
