由于现代化工农业生产、医药卫生、环境保护宇宙航行的需要,近年来,有关磁场对生物体作用的研究,日益增多,并己发现磁场能影响机体多种生理机能。但关于磁场作用机理的研究,还为数不多,胆碱酯酶是生物体内重要酶类之一,且该酶与底物(乙酰胆碱)及酶的抑制物(如新斯的明,敌百虫等)的反应过程比较清楚,所以研究磁场对该酶活性的影响,必将更有助于从分子水平上探讨磁场的作用机理。磁场对胆碱酯酶活性的影响,国内外已有过一些研究。本文主要采用了较精密的生化定量法(羟胺法)研究磁场对温血动物小白鼠血清中胆碱酯酶活性的影响。
In recent years, the research on the role of magnetic field in living organisms has been increasing due to the needs of modern industrial and agricultural production, medical and health care, and environmental protection astronautics. It has been found that the magnetic field can affect various physiological functions of the body. However, there are only a few studies on the mechanism of action of magnetic field. Cholinesterase is one of the important enzymes in the organism, and the enzyme and substrate (acetylcholine) and enzyme inhibitors (such as neostigmine, trichlorfon Etc.) the reaction process is relatively clear, so the study of the magnetic field on the enzyme activity, will be more helpful to explore the molecular mechanism of the magnetic field. Magnetic field on the activity of cholinesterase, there have been some studies at home and abroad. In this paper, a more sophisticated biochemical quantitative method (hydroxylamine method) to study the effect of magnetic field on serum choline esterase activity in warm-blooded animal mice.
