甲状腺激素对机体物质代谢、生长发育,组织分化及成熟等起重要作用。目前,应用RIA可直接检测血中T_3、T_4、rT_3、FT_3、FT_4、TSH、T_3-RUR、T_3-MAA及甲状腺非激素类Tg、TBG、TMA、TGA等,对于甲状腺机能亢进及减退等疾病的临床诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗效果分析、治愈及复发的判断,随访追踪观察提供的客观指标及数据依据,比基础代谢率测定、甲状腺摄~(131)I率测定等检查既方便又及时,影响因素较少,准确性较好;对于甲状腺激素与非甲状腺疾病中病理生理改变的研究探讨与作用等方面都取得一些进展。 一、临床确诊甲亢、甲减病人:人类甲状腺疾病是临床上一种常见的内分泌病,各年龄均可发生,就甲状腺机能亢进而言,尤以女性多发,男女之比为
