“一国两制”是建设有中国特社会主义理论的有机组成部分,是邓小平理论对马克思主义的重大发展.对香港恢复行使主权,不仅是中华民族洗雪百年耻辱的盛大喜事,也给社会主义现代化增添了巨大的力量.如何在“一国两制”的模式下,抓住香港回归的历史机遇,着力推进沪港之间全方位高层次的经济合作,将上海浦东的开发推上新的台阶,已成大陆与香港两地经济的聚焦点之一.
