随着我国改革开放的力度不断加大,现代企业制度也随之建立。而作为企业重要后盾的思想政治工作却显得相对滞后,不能跟上企业的新变化和新要求,阻碍了现代企业的可持续和健康发展。本文主要对新时期企业思想政治工作的重要性、现状以及方法措施进行了以下探讨。
With the continuous reform and opening up in our country, the modern enterprise system has also been established. However, the ideological and political work that is an important backing of the enterprise appears to be relatively lagging behind and can not keep up with the new changes and new requirements of the enterprise, which hinders the sustainable and healthy development of the modern enterprise. This article mainly discusses the importance, status quo and methods and measures of the ideological and political work of enterprises in the new era.
