通过盆栽土培试验,研究了铜对絮云英结瘤、固氮酶活性和植株体内养分含量的影响。结果表明,投加少量铜对紫云英根瘤形成和生长有刺激作用,能提高根瘤的有效性和固氮酶活性。但过量铜浓度则有显著的抑制作用,当投加铜浓度为60mg/kg时,紫云英结瘤时间推后,单株的根瘤数和固氮酶活性均明显降低。同时,过量铜还会影响紫云英对氮、磷、锌的吸收,而植株中的锰元素含量却随铜的浓度增加而增加。
Pot experiments were carried out to study the effects of copper on the nodulation and nitrogenase activity and the nutrient content in plants. The results showed that adding a small amount of copper could stimulate the formation and growth of root nodules and improve the nodule availability and nitrogenase activity. However, the excessive copper concentration had a significant inhibitory effect. When the copper concentration was 60mg / kg, the number of nodules and the activity of nitrogenase in the individual plants decreased significantly after the time of nodulation of Astragalus sinicus was pushed. At the same time, excess copper also affected the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and zinc in Astragalus mongolicus, while the content of manganese in plants increased with the increase of copper concentration.
