从医院物流管理的对象分类出发,认为医械物流和医药物流是医院物流管理的两大关键环节。应用博弈论分析得到医疗设备更多被科室视为私有物品而不能很好地共享,并认为这是医械物流的主要挑战,而医药物流将会更多选择社会化,进而融入到第三方物流当中。
