2017年2月8日,北京市法院召开院长会议,研究部署2017年重点工作。北京市高级法院院长杨万明指出,2017年是党和国家历史上具有特殊重要意义的一年,要坚持以习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神统揽法院工作,依法服务国家重大战略实施,锲而不舍深化司法体制改革,用法治保障首都经济社会持续健康发展。杨万明要求,全市法院要将规范化建设作为今年贯穿全年的全局性工作来抓,明确各类案件裁判标准,及时公开、发布各类案件裁判标准和尺度,统一法律适用,确保严格司法。
