鉴于商法学尚未形成成熟的教学体系,在实践中存在比较多的困难,本文力图以多层次、多角度二元结构的剖析,建构商法教学内容和教学方法的体系,推动商法教学的发展,同时,也为学生学习商法提供一些思路。本文所列举和分析的八个二元结构,虽然在笔者的教学工作中已经有所体现,也得到了部分学生的肯定,但是还欠缺更充分和更深入的研究,希望本文能起到抛砖引玉的作用,以与各位同仁共同探讨商法教学中的问题。
In view of the fact that commercial jurisprudence has not yet formed a mature teaching system, there are many difficulties in practice. This article attempts to construct a system of commercial law teaching contents and teaching methods with the analysis of the dual structure of multi-level and multi-angle, and promote the development of the teaching of commercial law , But also to provide students some ideas for learning business law.
