近年来不断发生的高校与学生之间的法律纠纷案件已经给司法理论与实践及高校的管理带来挑战,只有厘清高校与学生的关系,才能有效地进行权利救济,从而推进依法治校,保障学生权利。
The continuous cases of legal disputes between universities and students in recent years have brought challenges to the judicial theory and practice as well as the management of colleges and universities.
