探讨了灰铸铁氮气孔缺陷的特征、影响因素及其影响机理,提出了预防氮气孔缺陷的主要措施。分析了马达壳铸件缺陷的宏观特征,对比了废品样与成品样的氧、氮、氢含量,明确了马达壳铸件缺陷为氮气孔。研究了影响铁液含氮量的主要因素,确定了增碳剂中氮超标为马达壳铸件氮气孔缺陷的根本原因。改用优质增碳剂重新熔炼浇注,各炉次铸件质量全部满足要求。
The characteristics, influencing factors and influencing mechanisms of nitrogen deficiency in gray cast iron were discussed. The main measures to prevent nitrogen pore defects were put forward. The macroscopic characteristics of the castings of the motor shell were analyzed. The contents of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in the scrap samples and finished samples were compared. The defects of the castings in the motor shell were identified as nitrogen pores. The main factors influencing the nitrogen content of molten iron were studied, and the fundamental reason for nitrogen deficiency in the carbonaceous shell was determined. Use high-quality carbon agent re-melting pouring, the quality of all the castings to meet the requirements of the furnace.
