本文应用XG-2型血循环功能测定仪和化验测定,对44名高温作业工人(高温作业组)和44名非高温作业工人(对照组)进行了血循环功能、血粘度及其影响因素的调查。结果显示高温作业组的血粘度、舒张压、总周阻、微循环半更新时间和微循环平均滞留时间均显著高于对照组,且16名高温作业工人的血粘度与出汗量呈正相关关系。这提示高温作业工人大量出汗可导致血粘度升高及循环功能改变。
In this paper, the blood circulation function, blood viscosity and influencing factors of 44 high temperature workers (high temperature work group) and 44 non-high temperature working workers (control group) were investigated by XG-2 blood circulation function tester and laboratory test. The results showed that the blood viscosity, diastolic blood pressure, total peripheral resistance, half microcirculation update time and microcirculation average residence time in high temperature operation group were significantly higher than those in control group, and there was a positive correlation between blood viscosity and sweating volume . This suggests that sweating a lot of workers at high temperatures can lead to increased blood viscosity and altered circulatory function.
