百年大计,教育为本。教育大计,教师为本。那么,教师的“大计”是什么呢?我认为应该是师德,而不是当前教育界普遍认为的教学成绩。师德为本,不仅要求教师教育学生以德为主,评价学生以德为主,评价教师也要以德为主。为什么要这样说呢?这就要求我们正确认识德和才的关系。所谓才,是指拥有知识并运用知识解决问题的能力。所谓德,是指符合社会发展的一切优秀品质。不同历史时期的德有不同的内容。通过教育培养出的人才,首先应该在一定程度上具备这些品质,才能对社会发展有益,否则,就对社会的发展无益,
Education is the foundation. Teacher are the base of education plan. So, what is the “grand plan” of the teacher? I think it should be a teacher’s morality, not the teaching achievement universally considered by the current education circles. Teachers-oriented, not only requires teachers to educate students to Germany-based evaluation of students based on virtue, evaluation of teachers should also be based on virtue. Why do we say this? This requires us to correctly understand the relationship between Germany and Germany. The so-called Talent, refers to the ability to have knowledge and use knowledge to solve the problem. The so-called virtue refers to all excellent qualities in line with the social development. Different historical periods of Germany have different content. Talents trained through education should, to a certain extent, possess these qualities in order to benefit social development. Otherwise, they will not be conducive to social development.
