目的通过对腕部电接触伤清创后早期皮瓣转移临床治疗的研究,改变电烧伤后早期焦痂切开减压,多次清创后,延期修复创面的常规治疗方法。方法33例腕部电接触烧伤病人,在入院后即行清创,伤后1~10d内施行一期皮瓣修复手术,术后3周行断蒂手术。结果最大限度地保存了肢体和恢复残肢功能。结论腕部电接触烧伤,早期清创,应用皮瓣一期覆盖修复创面,保存深部组织并恢复其功能,降低了截肢率,肢体的功能恢复也较满意。
OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical treatment of early skin flap metastasis after electrical injury on the wrist, to change the conventional method of postoperative wound healing by debridement and decompression of eschar esophageal injury after multiple debridement. Methods Thirty-three patients with burn wounds under electrical contact with wrist were debrided immediately after admission, and a flap repair operation was performed within 1 to 10 days after the operation. Surgery was performed 3 weeks after operation. The result is maximum preservation of limbs and residual stump function. Conclusion The wrist is exposed to electrical burn and early debridement. One-stage skin flap is used to cover the wound to repair the wound, preserve the deep tissue and restore its function, reduce the amputation rate, and the functional recovery of the limb is satisfactory.
