儒学大师孔老夫子是教师职业的开山鼻祖,他的许多教育理念至今仍被教师界奉为圭臬,“知之者,不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者”就是其中之一。从这句话中可以看出,孔子早就发现了学生的学习兴趣对学习效果的影响。但这样一种认识,在中国的教育历史上,却没有受到应有的重视。我认为,“知之”、“好之”与“乐之”构成学习的三境界,即被动学习,苦中学知;激发兴趣,乐中得知;孜孜不倦,乐中觅知。目前来看,中国的大多数学生处于第一个阶段,学习被动,
