异枸橼酸脱氢酶(Isocitric dehydrogenase,简称ICD)系三羧酸循环的酶类之一,它催化异枸橼酸脱氢转变为α-酮戊二酸。1957年,Wolfson与Williams-Ashman曾报道肝病时血清中此酶活性增高,而后国外不少作者相继报道了它对肝病的诊断价值。我们曾对31名正常人与136例肝病和非肝病患者进行了血清中此酶的测定,并与血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)活性相比较,今将其结果总结如下。原理与测定方法ICD催化如下反应:
Isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICD) is one of the enzymes that catalyze the tricarboxylic acid cycle, which catalyzes the dehydrogenation of citrate to α-ketoglutarate. In 1957, Wolfson and Williams-Ashman reported increased serum levels of this enzyme in liver disease, and many foreign authors reported their diagnostic value for liver disease one after another. We measured serum levels of this enzyme in 31 normal subjects and 136 patients with liver disease and non-liver disease and compared them to the activity of serum alanine aminotransferase (SGPT).
