目的:探讨水处理剂聚合硫酸铁中六价铬的检测方法,提高分析结果的准确性。方法:用2 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液对样品进行前处理,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定六价铬含量并找出最佳实验条件。结果:线性范围0μg/L~50μg/L,相关系数为0.9998,检出限为0.049μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.73%~3.39%,回收率为94.5%,最佳灰化温度1100℃、原子化温度2600℃。结论:方法具有操作简便、快速、检出限低、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点,适合于水处理剂聚合硫酸铁中六价铬的测定。
Objective: To investigate the detection method of hexavalent chromium in water treatment agent polyferric sulfate to improve the accuracy of the analytical results. Methods: The sample was pretreated with 2 mol / L sodium hydroxide solution. The content of hexavalent chromium was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and the best experimental conditions were found out. Results: The linear range was 0μg / L ~ 50μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.049μg / L, the relative standard deviation was 1.73% ~ 3.39%, the recovery was 94.5%, the best ashing temperature was 1100 ℃, Atomization temperature 2600 ℃. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, low detection limit, high sensitivity and accurate results. It is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in polymeric ferric sulfate.
