新课程改革的对象不是学生,而是教师。因为老师的行为会影响学生的行为,老师的观念会影响学生的观念。中国五千年的教学一直沿袭着传统教学观――那就是学生跟着老师走。只有老师观念的转变,学生才有可能会随之而变化。现在的高中化学课堂,其教学模式大多还是以教师为中心的传统教学,课堂教学效率不高,学生学习的主动性难以得到充分发挥,学生的创新能力和自主学习能力得不到有效提高。论述高中化学教师课堂教学思路的转变以及在新课程理念下高中化学课堂有效性的教学策略。
