TRAIL (TNF-related apoptosis inducing ligand) is a newly discovered member of the tumor necrosis factor family (TNF) that can induce apoptosis in a variety of tumor cells. The receptor determines the biological function of TRAIL and plays a role in TRAIL-induced apoptosis With the deepening of the research, it was found that the structure and function of its receptor were more complicated than previously known, and there were inconsistencies in the composition and function of the receptor, suggesting that TRAIL receptor has the function of regulating TRAIL Systematic, there are still many places to be known and studied, this article reviews only the recent progress of TRAIL receptors.
