分子标记技术在理论和实践上的逐步发展和不断完善意味着其将被应用于多种领域,充分发挥该技术的优势。经过多年的科学研究和实践人们发现将分子标记技术应用在植物中,可以有效辅助植物的选择育种,不仅可以减少育种过程的盲目性,而且可以在一定程度上提高有效育种率。该文阐述了分子标记辅助选择育种技术的特点,介绍了遗传连锁图谱的构建与分子标记辅助选择育种的选择,最后分析了分子标记技术在糯高粱育种中的应用。
The gradual development and continuous improvement of molecular marker technology in theory and practice means that it will be applied in many fields and give full play to the advantages of this technology. After many years of scientific research and practice, it has been found that the application of molecular marker technology in plants can effectively assist the selective breeding of plants, not only reducing the blindness of the breeding process, but also improving the effective breeding rate to a certain extent. This paper described the characteristics of molecular marker assisted selection breeding technology, introduced the construction of genetic linkage map and the selection of molecular marker assisted selection breeding. Finally, the application of molecular marker technology in waxy sorghum breeding was analyzed.
