索尼MDP-A550型影碟机的电路结构与MDP-MP1、A500、A600K等机型基本一样,均采用C型轨道、激光头可自动翻转。该影碟机电路设计较特殊,如果对其电路不熟悉、检修时就有一定的难度。本文提供该机的6个故障检修实例和该机接插件实测数据表,供读者参考。 常见故障检修 [例1]故障现象 电源可开启,碟片入盒后按重放键显示正常,约三秒钟停显,选曲指示闪亮一分钟后电源保护停机(红指示灯亮)。 分析与检修 拆开机盖观察,激光头有循迹和聚焦动作,但碟片不旋转,说明主轴电机没工作。用万用表R×1档测主轴电机CN503插头两端,电机旋转正常,说明电机本身无问题,有可能是电源供电不正常。开启电源使片仓出盒后,测得正负电源保险PS051、PS052(ICP-N38)电压正常,但发现
