我国现行的律师行业管理制度是“两结合”的律师管理制度,这一体制在一段时间内对于我国律师管理的发展起过很大的促进作用。但是我国在加入WTO之后,法律服务市场逐步对外开放。两结合的管理制度已经开始体现一定的滞后性。当务之急是对两结合的管理制度进行改革,逐步若弱化行政机关的管理职能,扩大律师行业自治能力,使我国的律师行业发展更好的与世界接轨。 The current lawyer profession management system in our country is a “two-in-one” lawyer management system, which has played a significant role in promoting the development of lawyer management in our country for some time. However, after China’s accession to the WTO, the legal services market is gradually opening to the outside world. Two combined management system has begun to show some lag. The most urgent task is to reform the two integrated management systems and gradually weaken the administrative functions of the executive authorities and expand the self-governance capacity of lawyers so that the development of the lawyers profession in our country will be better aligned with the world.
