介绍了用硬脂酸凝胶化学法(SAG)制备BaFe12-2x(COTi)xO19超细粉,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TE)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等技术对粉末的结构、粒径、形貌及磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,SAG法制备的钥铁氧体合成温度低,650℃即形成六角品型磁铅石结构,粒度均匀;磁性能随粒径呈规律性变化。
The preparation of BaFe12-2x (COTi) xO19 ultrafine powder by stearic acid gel method (SAG) was introduced and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) The powder structure, particle size, morphology and magnetic properties were studied. The results show that the synthesis temperature of key ferrite prepared by SAG method is low, and hexagonal type magnetoplumbite structure is formed at 650 ℃ with uniform grain size. The magnetic properties change regularly with the grain size.
