利用附加不同浓度氯化钠的培养基对红豆草种子发芽、实生苗生长及由胚根、胚轴、子叶产生的愈伤组织及其再生枝进行培养的方法,对红豆草耐氯化纳的研究表明,含氯化钠0.5%时对种子萌发已有影响,但程度不大;含氯化钠低于1%时对幼苗生长发育虽有影响但基本正常;含氯化钠2.0%时仍发现两株生长发育正常的幼苗。愈伤组织在含0.5%氯化钠条件下易受伤害,而对再生枝的生长发育却有促进作用。
The culture of sainfoin seed germination, seedling growth and the callus generated from the radicle, hypocotyl and cotyledon and their regenerated shoots were cultured with medium supplemented with different concentrations of sodium chloride. The results showed that 0.5% sodium chloride had an effect on the seed germination, but to a lesser extent; while less than 1% sodium chloride had an effect on seedling growth but basically normal; when sodium chloride was 2.0% Two plants with normal growth and development were found.
