分层教学法主要是指教师针对学生原有的知识基础、智力因素以及非智力因素的差异,实施针对性的分层教学,从而达到不同层次的教学目标的方法。分层教学法的理论依据就是因材施教、量体裁衣。根据不同的学生,采取不同的教学方法,分层教学、逐步指导、进步,从而使每个层次的学生都获得成功的体验,培养学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习积极性。主要描述了分层教学法在中职数学教学当中的应用,并对其采用分层教学的意义以及具体的实施办法进行了进一步的阐述。
The layered teaching method is mainly refers to the teacher for students based on the original knowledge base, intellectual factors and non-intelligence differences, the implementation of targeted teaching, so as to achieve different levels of teaching objectives. The theoretical basis of the hierarchical teaching method is tailor-made teaching. According to different students, take different teaching methods, teaching in layers, and gradually guide and progress, so that students at all levels have a successful experience, develop students ’interest in learning, arouse students’ enthusiasm for learning. It mainly describes the application of the hierarchical teaching method in the teaching of mathematics in secondary vocational schools and further elaborates the significance and application of the method of layered teaching.
